I?ve been to this Popeyes multiple times, and I continue to come back because it?s the closest to my house. I continue to be... disappointed because the service is TERRIBLE! If a place closes at 10pm, then it shouldn?t be closed at 9:56! At least explainwhy you?re closed! ?We ran out of chicken?. The employees are giving the closed hand signal! GIRL! This was one of the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. The food lacked its luster the pregnant girl at the window extremely rude... and p***** off at the world. Horrible manners and And blames the customer for her sad life.. This used to be a great place. I use to go on a regular, but lately I do not understand why the value of the food has gone... down. And, when the price is advertised on the TV and the sign in the window say a price and when you try to order people say"we don't have that. " So I went to Mesquite and ordered the same thing. Got the price advertised and the service was better.Family says it taste fresher too. Maybe one day I will give this Popeyes another chance. But not this year. Sunday at 11:45 am you would imagine food is fresh out of the fryer and mash-potatoes and macaroni suppose to look nice and... fresh but no rather they start selling what was left over for Saturday night because you can tell the chicken was not crunchylike when it comes out of the fryers macaroni and cheese was old I will share the picture so get the idea. Since COVID manyrestaurants list a lot of their values, flavors and customer service Popeyes is one more that?s goes to my do not go list. Ifyou encounter this issues reach out to your banks if you were lucky enough to pay with a debit/ credit card to dispute thecharges with your evidence just because is food doesn?t mean you can complaint and get your money back specially if the foodwent straight to the trash where it belong in the fist place. I will NEVER come back to this location. The drive-thru employee was rude and refused to give me her name so I went in and asked... to speak with a manager. There was young petite red head Hispanic woman with multiple facial piercings who came to the counterbut seemed uninterested in my issue. She said I would have to find the number to corporate on my own since they don't have thatinformation. After getting my food and pulling away from the restaurant I opened my order to find it was wrong. I went back tothe restaurant  and the front counter worker was just as rude. She didn't apologize or acknowledge why I was in there butrudely asked "So what you want us to do?" I asked for the chicken nuggets that I had originally ordered and went to hand herback the 3pc chicken I had been given instead. Again I was met with attitude when she replied "I don't want that." then sheturned and walked away to her the chicken nuggets. They were not fresh and tasted horrible. I didn't eat any of them and threwthe full order away. I'd rather throw away my $10.00 and go elsewhere then to have to keep dealing with this kind of treatment.I hope someone really does look into this location because there's no way the staff should be this comfortable with being rudeand nasty to their PAYING customers. The food wasn't fresh and there was gravy ALL over the other boxes and the bag. I'mextremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of food and service that I received today. Read more
