I do not recommend this Popeyes, employees are sooooo rude. I had to talk to a manager about a young kid being so disrespectful... and tried to talk to me like I was stupid and laughing at me. Was out making deliveries, got a little light-headed, felt like I was going to pass out. Needed to put something in my stomach,... saw I was close to a Popeyes, headed there got in line, only 3 folks ahead a me but the first lady was being difficult delayingthe line. When I got my turn I ordered a 4 piece combo, got order and went to woof it down in my car and found I was missing apiece, went back in told them and they replaced it. Left and completed my route, ate half the chicken, fries and biscuit. I mustsay this was the cleanest chicken I've ever eaten anywhere, there was a lot of fat on the thigh or the breast. 40 mins of waiting for not sure the reason was but never again. Could of walked to el rancho and made my own chicken faster than... what this restaurant took that day. Canes next door always has a big line but at least the waiting is never near bad as popeyes.I took the chance that popeyes with no line could of gotten me out faster but nope. Never again will i come back here. 10 out of10 i would encourage canes next door. Read more
This place is the worst place to get dinner or any food, they charge everything what i order but they don't give me the order... complete, at the window i asked them is everything here inside in the bag, they said YES, when i get home, just notice 1 classicchicken sandwich wasn't here, the manager had to be more focus on every one work there.... Shrimp didnt taste like shrimp they were hard and cold. Asked for the fries with no salt, they didn't care. The biscuit is hard... as a rock bring your chain saw to cut thru this meal. Everything you will see under lamps getting cold and hard. They are dirtythey don't take pride in their work. The inside of the store is so dirty. Corporate needs to drop in without telling managementand see for themselves the bad store they have. Shame on them for charging for nastyness. Read more
Ordered the two 12pc nuggets and asked for 6 sweet heat sauces. Received order with 4 sauces and asked for 2 more he stated that... they only give 2 sauces for 12 nuggets.... HOW WHEN MCDONALD'S GIVE'S YOU 3 FOR A 10PC. OK so I paid for 2 sauces... point isif I asked for it just tell me there's an extra fee for what I asked for. Then my side mashed potatoes had NO GRAVY! When weall know the gravy is the reason for ordering mashed potatoes at Popeyes. Uuuugh Popeyes on Illinois near Wynnewood in Dallas,TXneeds to DO BETTER! Still no dine in option, only drive through. Be prepared to wait at least 20 min if you go around dinner time because Every... time I go there's a long line but shorter than the neighbor to the right. I always get the correct order. Read more
Covid is pretty much over and this Popeyes is still not opening the dining area and they are very slow at serving driver thru.
