The regular fried chicken is the very best (plenty of crispy crust with good coverage, and thick skin spots are virtually... nonexistent); the chicken strips, on the other hand, are the very worst (under-cooked spots, bony grizzy spots from odd cutchicken pieces, crust is thin and spotty). Be aware of this place!!!! NEVER park near this Popeyes restaurant!! Tonight we went to get dinner at a Korean restaurant and... there was no parking at this plaza. So we parked somewhere near and didn?t realize it was parking lot only for Popeyescustomers! There was no sign standing at the parking spot of which we parked our vehicle. The warning letters were extremelyblurry written on the parking spot too! 10mins after I sit at the restaurant, a Mexican guy came in to tell us that our vehiclewas being towed away! We ended up having to pay $121 in order to get our vehicle out off the tow truck. Then they continuedtowing other people?s vehicles! This must have been a trap from the driver and the Mexican guy! They waited there on purpose tocatch people who parked there without knowing the parking spots are all belonged to Popeyes customers only! When I usually come to this location they are very nice. I don't understand what was going on tonight. The young african... male was so rude and disrespectful. I was trying to order the whole wing comb and he let me know they didn't have them. Sowhy wouldn't they have a sign letting people know so they wouldn't be asking about it. They were out of coleslaw nosignlettingyouknowaboutthat. When I drove up to the window he told me they had regular wings then came back and said theydidn't. I think he just didn't want to witch it out. Finally they tore my receipt off at the bottom so I couldn't do asurvey. I will not be going back because of the service I received. Read more
I'm kind of disappointed I ordered two different shrimp orders on the app only to get to the restaurant and they not having it.... I asked for something comparable and was given only one option. Manager and staff were friendly but I think they could havedone more. The app issues have to be fixed and whatever is on the menu should be honored . Read more
This store is trash, they don?t understand how to take orders?. Order tenders get home to find thighs. Two other ladies had... issues in the drive through while I was there. Kinda dumb that I had to take an extra 30 minute lunch off work to bring the foodback and it didn?t even get corrected. Literally handed me the same thing I handed her back? glad I opened it and checked. Iguess third times a charm? Nope still didn?t get the condiments i paid extra for?.
