Rude staff person at the drive thru window however the food was surprisingly good! I was not expecting much of anything when I... ordered. I was extremely hungry but the carne asada taco platter I ordered was great. The carne asada was tender and I want abottle of that salsa verde sauce. I do wish it came with rice and beans as $20 for 5 tacos is just crazy to me. The place whereyou order was extremely infested with flies and gross stuff. They should take some consideration in cleaning up theirestablishment better as most people us the drive thru. Read more
I love coming here for a Sunday dinner. Their food is always consistent and very tasty!
The food here is so inconsistent, with it being more badly prepared than good. The last time I came here, the rice wasn?t cooked... all the way properly (some grains were still crunchy), the fries were one big greasy blob where I had to break away chunks fromthis blob to eat it, and the chicken was mediocre (kinda dry, and can tell it?s been sitting around). I love pollo regio, justwhich I can come here to get consistently good food. Also, prices have definitely increased, so it?s just not worth it to comewhen the food is this bad. Read more
Y'all. Y'allllllll. SERIOULSY. If you haven't tasted this friggin AMAZING chicken, you need to go TODAY!!!! We always order the... 1/2 chicken combo which comes with rice AND beans, AND 5 (or 6) FRESH corn tortillas, also included is big portions of red ANDgreen salsa!!! For only like $13. I cannot even explain/describe the *immense* flavor in their seasoning of the chicken and therice & beans ???? ????!!! I'm not even going to mention their freaking HUGE, fluffy stuffed baked potatoes!! I can't even beginto BEG y'all to try this place. It's all so fresh and delicious ???????? I have been coming here for about 4 months. I thought they only did Chicken! My favorite is the Barbacoa. The portions are... enough for two people. The staff is always very welcoming. Especially Abigail & Fernando! Read more
One of the best Pollo Regio stores in the Dallas county. The customer service is great, specially one of their employees,... Abigail. She double check my order in front of me to make sure I was satisfied. She even asked how I was doing before I orderedand once she gave me my order she made sure I was happy and wish me a good day.
