Over the summer I left a 5 star review, I had ordered delivery (w/ Postmates) several times and all of my orders had been fresh... and perfect. The last two times I?ve ordered delivery directly from the Pokeworks app, have been terrible. I have received onlyhalf of the items I requested in the bowl. The first time, I called and a the man who answered blamed the owner saying that he(the owner) didn?t know what he was doing. This time my food arrived in a bag that smelled strongly of cigarettes and my bowlonly contained half of the items requested AGAIN. It took me awhile to get through on the phone (no answering machine) When aman answered the first thing he said was ?I?m here by myself? when I responded he said ?Sorry I was joking with the customer infront of me? I?ve requested a refund for my order and I will not be ordering from this location again. Missing from mybowl: ?Heavy flavor? - sauce Seaweed salad Double surimi salad Green onion Sesame seeds Onion crisps *** The manager of thestore called me to apologize, promised I would receive my refund and asked me to give them another chance. 10 days later and I?mhaving to call to the store to ask why my order has not been refunded. Parking was a bit of a hassle but luckily I came when it was slow so I could get street parking. I love this chain! I have only... been to the walnut location and did not know of this one but it is equally amazing and has the same great customer service. Igot a large bowl ($15.99) and made it a combo ($3.50 more) because I wanted the berry drink. I read the ingredients but noticeda picture of a pomegranate. Good think I asked if they were in there because I am allergic and would have been mad and itchyhaha. Thanks for saving my life. Great portions and affordable prices. Read more
