So i order a pizza and the guy name Gabriel was rude about it bad customer service first off and secondly overcharge and rip me... off on a small soda. I am never again coming here again and the drink was $7 small one not a 2 liter when 7-11 is cheaper. Thatis the last time i am coming to this store and i am telling all my 1,200 followers on Instagram not to come here neither. Themanager didn?t give me back all my money. Read more

This location is very unorganized. I ordered a pizza online and was prepared to pay at the location, only to find out they... couldn't find my order. So I described my order and the girl at the cash register tried to charge me more than what was postedonline. I had to pull my online order from my phone to show what my order was supposed to cost. So there I am having to waitbecause my order wasnt even made. On top of that I wasn't even the only one waiting. This location is so unorganized I beganlooking to see if there was a supervisor. I was thinking to myself how bad it looks knowing the workers are getting slammed andthe supervisor is no where to be seen to help out. I hope the day manager reads this so he can know what needs to be corrected! Read more

Everytime i come i get horrible service. The people working the counter OMG. The pepperoni pizza is good but dam they need to... get people who actually can take care of their customers. The owner needs to do something about that. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Read more

Wish I could give a good review on the staff, but honestly can not. The food is good, but the service is terrible, unanswered... phone lines every time I call, i don't understand, who is running this place???I spent 30 min calling and never got an answer,and everytime I walk in, there are no customers.I have called from outside the door and watched the phone get ignored.I am aregular customer and purchase food here weekly and don't remember any employee thanking me when I'm paying or as I'm leaving.Iwork in customer service and know good from bad customer service when I face it.The customer service here needs majorimprovement.Employees need to learn upselling,greeting,thanking.This is basic when it comes to customer service.Please dosomething, at the very least, the phone situation, thank you. My experience with them was horrible. First they don't even answer their phones so you have to go into place your order, they... tell you it's going to be a certain amount of time and it ends up more time than what they say. To top it all off they didn'teven make my pizzas correctly. Read more

Pizza can be soggy. I've had better patrons. Always depends on location. Sometimes there on and other times there off. The issue... is, we shouldn't have not one problem when it's always prepared when ordered. Read more

This location really have some major issues, if u're calling to place an order, regardless what time of days. They never pick up... the phone. I was there last week for a pick up 45 min before closing time and I have seen the girl go by the phone to check outthe caller ID and let it ring. Today I called in to place an order and the girl told me that it will take 45 min for it to beready and today is a Tues and the time is 11 am. Why would it take this long to make a pizza? Read more
