This Pizza Hut location has terrible service. I think they have a hard time keeping employees or getting employees to come to... work. Likely they don?t pay enough. They have canceled my delivery order on three occasions AFTER the order was supposed toarrive?- as in, the pizza never comes, I call, and then they are like- ?oh yeah, we had to cancel your order.? Ordered extra marinara and pizza was dry. Ordered extra cheese and I paid for it. There was no extra. Usually pizzas are... great. I was thinking they shorted me because I used Rewards on the pizza. It was like eating a cracker. Very disappointing. Read more
Amazing service with lots of options. Really tasty and served hot pizza.
If I could do 0 I would. They never turn off the delivery function online and take orders never get the food and then they... don't answer the phone. Bank had to cancel payment because I never received a refund. This may be a franchise but I will nevereat what was my favorite Pizza again. Read more
Placed order on App and arrived early so I waited outside after the 20 minutes the app said it would take to be ready I went... inside and was told my order had not been started on yet because they ran out of dough! I was given an option to wait about 15more minutes or cancel order and money would go back into my account in 3-5 days! If they have your info because of ordering onApp, why don't they call to let you know they ran out of DOUGH???? instead of waiting when you come in to pick up!!!! Read more
The girl at the counter was not helpful at all any question that I asked she acted like I was bothering her. The store is... completely trashed they have a infant in stroller behind the counter. No ice for drink machine, every table had crust or somekind of trash on it. I would not recommend this place at all???? Read more
