Ordered a pizza and pasta 1 hour after they said it was out for delivery I call several times to cancel because it has been an... hour and they don't answer any of the 5 calls I made. When the driver contacted me they said it was too late cancel and theywould make the driver pay. Terrible. Read more
The service was rather inconsiderate to me. They gave me a total for my order and charged me 8 extra dollars without telling me... about the tax or delivery fee. Why leave out that information? If I called in to place an order, that means that I'm expectingyou to include the taxes & delivery fee when giving me my total. Not only that, my food came unsealed, half cooked and missingthe sauces that I paid extra for. If I had reliable transportation, I wouldn't have ordered take out. At the very least youcould've made sure my order was correct before delivering it to my home. Forgetting is not an acceptable excuse to me. whatmakes it worse is no one is answering the phones to make a complaint about the quality of my food. I'm highly disappointed andwill probably never order from pizza hut again. Read more
I ordered an Edge pizza direct from Pizza Hut site to be delivered to my home and received a Large Thin Crust pizza delivered to... my home by doordash. I drove to the location my pizza came from and was told that a Large Thin crust pizza with no garlic herbseasoning blend drizzled on top was an Edge pizza. I asked for a refund being they were not able to make the pizza and was toldthey do not give refunds. I aske for the shift leader or manager was told one of the young kids there was the manager on duty.Asked for the owners information so that I could contact for a refund being they could no fulfill my order, I was told I need tosend an email online. I go online and there was no information other than a general customer service line that I could contact.Horrible policy concerning refunds on items location refuses to provide that are offered on the online menu. I was cheated out of both the 3 liter drinks from my order. The pizza was left on the porch and the delivery person didn't ring... the doorbell, therefore the pizza was cooler than it should've been. I will not order from Pizza Hut again. Read more
