Would only recommend if you like your money to be stolen from you. Came here for the first time about a month ago and was... charged for multiple different items that I did not order. I kindly walked back up to the cash register and told them they hadmade a mistake and they ensured me that I would see my refund within 24hrs.... 2 weeks went by and no refund. I reached out toPiada and told them that I had not received my refund yet and they ensured me again that they would take care of itimmediately..... Another week goes by and still no refund. It has been a month now and I still do not have my money. This is avery good business model. Take $20-30 from every customer that walks in and that will surely have your company in the green. I need run home and check my blood pressure cause this was way to salty. I ordered carbonara with grilled chicken. A few... complaints, old chicken, Alfredo Sauce was barely warm, overly salty and killed the dish for me. I'm almost certain the pestopenne was undercooked and added to the overall saltiness of the dish. The best Italian food I've had in sooo long. It's made right I'm front of you so you can see every step. Really cool setup & the... staff is so kind, helpful. We ordered the Carbonara pasta with grilled chicken, the Farmer's Market Salad with grilled salmon,the calamari, the Cannoli chips & the Blackberry hibiscus lemonade. I came here once b/c my sister told me about a promo they were doing, and the food was meh at best. I came again today b/c I had... a $5 off coupon, and it'll probably be my last. It took over ONE hour for the food for my 6:45 order to be prepared, with mewaiting inside the restaurant for 45 min. I gave the ?chef? in the white jacket (who I believed to be in charge) my name afterabout 7-10 minutes of waiting, and she told me my order would be out soon. Fast forward through people who'd been there beforeme finally getting their food, people coming in after me having to wait only 10-15 minutes, orders that were put out and stillwaiting to be collected even after I left, and orders that had much later pickup times being finished. After more frustratedcustomers had joined the line and my pickup time crossing the 1 hour mark, the chef finally appeared again (about 40 minutesafter she'd last been at the window). Since she was the only one who apparently could come up and ask our names or respond whenasked a question. When I flagged her down, we all asked what was going on with our orders. For me, she asked if I'd given myname. I told her, ?yes,? to her about 40 minutes earlier. Then, she tried to claim that someone else probably took my order. Itold her that didn't make sense b/c I'd been there waiting AND b/c my ticket was still on the wall (along with those with thetwo customers also asking questions). Her general excuse is that there were usually 3 people working the window but tonight wasjust her. So they decided to just make the PICKUP orders as the customers came in to tell them they had arrived. DESPITEordering AHEAD and choosing a SPECIFIC time for their orders. My family recently ordered take out from this new Piada Italian Street Food location and we very much enjoyed our... experience/food! They offer friendly service, high quality food, and good sized portions. As with any new business, Piada needsto work on a few issues (like making sure they put the right food in the bag for pickup orders). But, overall, we recommend andwill certainly go back for more! So far everything I have tried has been so good. They have so many different options and you can create your own also.

Recommend trying the carbonara pasta 10/10! Would come here again ??
