My best friend and I dropped by Pho Crimson for lunch. Do not let the simple decor and setting fool you. This place is pretty... awesome! We were greeted by a friendly and very helpful hostess/server. We ordered fruit teas with boba, Pad Thai, and Lo Mein.At first glance, we thought the bowls would not be enough. Boy were we wrong! Top notch place for all kinds of Pho dishes. The atmosphere was spacious and clean. Service was fast and thoughtful. Ordered the... the Special Pho and the Beef Brisket Pho dishes. Absolutely delicious! The large is more than enough to fill the biggestappetite. On the side, we ordered the Shrimp Spring Roll with the peanut sauce. Loved it. We will for sure be back! Edit: I totally forgot about the soggy noodles so I ordered food again and again soggy noodles. Rather than package the noodles... separately they packaged them with steamed veggies. Maybe that's what made the noodles soggy? I don't know but I will not bereturning after this experience. First Review: The food is usually excellent but today the noodles were soggy before I put themin the broth. Today was my first time trying the fish pho bowl and the fish was questionable. Nothing really tasted like fishbut smelled like fish. It was awful. I the it away. Usually I get raw beef pho and was never disappointed. Customer service hasnever been great, not bad either, but it was good today. Giving 4 starts because they've made excellent food more often thannot. I have to wonder if the pandemic effected their ability to procure ingredients they're used to. I don't know but I hopethey get back to how they used to be. Read more
