I used love this place. I figure after they closed it down for few weeks to "Remodel" it was to be even more pleasant to eat... here. But it wasn't... it was very disappointing. First the cashier did not seem to know what was was going. I asked for thefavorite on the house she had no clue. Then she ask if it was dine in or take out. I politely said dine in when the food cameout! it came in to go boxes. Why ask? If you still going to hand me a take out box. We played $41 for two bland no flavortake out plates while dining in. 5 star service and the food was great but y'all need more staff! There were two people running the entire restaurant and they... were overwhelmed with the dinner rush. It's shameful as an establishment to not have more support during peak hours! Kudos tothe two guys running the whole operation, y'all deserve a raise. Read more
I moved to this area several years ago. Pei Wei has been my go to since. I visited today cause it?s been awhile. I was surprised... to find no customers in the restaurant at all. Should?ve been my first indication something was wrong. We I walked in not onlywas everyone on their cell phones, it took a minute or so to be acknowledged. I ordered the combination fried rice with wontonsoup to go. Both dishes were of poor quality. I was so disappointed in the taste and freshness. Went to the restaurant at 8:20pm received food at 8:30pm. Quick service, but was told, "we close at 9:00pm, you can't eat here."... It is only 8:30pm, you close at 9:00pm? I get that the workers want to go home, but you are open until 9pm not 8:30pm. Poorcustomer service. Now, we have to eat in car or drive home 25 minutes and reheat the food. Smh.. Read more
I used to love this place. Just picked up foods, ordered 4 dishes with choice of salad in 2 bags. They forgot 1 dish and spring... roll. Wilted salad, not edible. They should have trashed these salads 3 days ago. Picture looks better than real. Verydisappointed. Read more
Great location and for a Tuesday at 3:30 there was no line. Friendly cashier and not much of a wait for a beautifully presented... teriyaki bowl. The grass fed beef was done to perfection, the snow peas, cabbage, carrots and onions were not over done andcrunchy like I prefer them. Also the new cauliflower rice is awesome. Read more
One of our favorite spots to go, their orange chicken is one of their bests. You can tell their food is cooked better, it looks... more healthy looking. They also offer some good brownies. Read more
The quality of this place has gone downhill. Ordered coconut curry without onions, kid?s orange chicken and 2 wontons. They... decided to give me double onions which helped making this completely inedible. The sauce and chicken were disgusting, trashed itafter a couple bites. The orange chicken was burnt and lacking sauce, very disgusting. Finally the 2 wontons tasted like spoiledfish. One bite and threw it out. $30 down the drain. Read more
