I?ve never had an order messed up here before, but Even though they gave me a regular instead of stuff crust this time, the... manager or whoever answered the phone was so kind, apologetic and quickly got us another one delivered. I?ve had other placesmess up and be so rude over the phone. The delivery guy was kind too-I offered to show him proof of the wrong order but he saidno ma?am, that?s not necessary and apologized again. there was too many toppings the dough was not cooked all the way through and was sopping wet. it was not edible.
It?s like Ray Charles was raised from the dead to create this pizza! The slices was supper big to super tiny. I ordered the... Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni how do you guys forget the pepperoni? Keep in mind soon as I open the app this pizza wasbeing advertised! They decided to take the additional toppings I ordered & place it on one slice of the pizza. Perhaps theywanted us to get one good slice ? This is someone that doesn?t want to be at work! I have small children and a family to feedthe manager came across nonchalant & dismissive he did offer to remake it but considering all that happened I didn?t trust themremaking my family dinner. He did issue a full refund. We have ordered in store and usually have no issues. When I first placed my order I received a notification that door dash would be delivering my pizza. However they never showed... up. I called the store and they were more than willing to send us a new pizza ????. Fresh pizza arrived 30 mins later just aspromised ????. I would order again. Pizza has always tasted great. Read more
This is my 4th or so time ordering from here. They ALWAYS mess something up. I?ll give them credit, they usually don?t burn the... pizza, but everytime I?ve order breadsticks, garlic rolls, or pappadillas, they are always burnt. Today I ordered a large pizzaand couldn?t eat it. It was harder than a rock. How is this allowed to go out of the store? How is something ALWAYS burnt?! Read more

Terrible customer service & they?ll steal your money but wont deliver your order. Ordered for delivery at 8:30. Had a 25-35 min... ETA. Never received my order & stop picking up the phone 20mins before their doors closed. Havent been refunded or at leastcontacted. Worst papa Johns in the DFW. Better off going to Zalats Read more
