I?ve never had an order messed up here before, but Even though they gave me a regular instead of stuff crust this time, the... manager or whoever answered the phone was so kind, apologetic and quickly got us another one delivered. I?ve had other placesmess up and be so rude over the phone. The delivery guy was kind too-I offered to show him proof of the wrong order but he saidno ma?am, that?s not necessary and apologized again. there was too many toppings the dough was not cooked all the way through and was sopping wet. it was not edible.
It?s like Ray Charles was raised from the dead to create this pizza! The slices was supper big to super tiny. I ordered the... Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni how do you guys forget the pepperoni? Keep in mind soon as I open the app this pizza wasbeing advertised! They decided to take the additional toppings I ordered & place it on one slice of the pizza. Perhaps theywanted us to get one good slice ? This is someone that doesn?t want to be at work! I have small children and a family to feedthe manager came across nonchalant & dismissive he did offer to remake it but considering all that happened I didn?t trust themremaking my family dinner. He did issue a full refund. We have ordered in store and usually have no issues. I couldn?tunderstand the reviews being so negative until aha I order online avoid this place like the plague and go to another location!It?s now way past our dinner time thanks Papa Johns and management!!!
