PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS!!! This is my first time placing an online order, you can't choose what papa John's to order from, it... chooses for you by your delivery address. The tracker tells you order is delivered but no one ever showed. I had to call twiceand I was told by the manager twice the delivery driver should be pulling up any minute. I told her, she told me that 15 minutesago and her excuse was she only has one delivery driver and she was very unprofessional about it. It has been well over an hourso I just cancelled my order and I will never order from this place again. Had I known what papa John's restaurant delivered tomy address and read the reviews I wouldn't have even wasted my time. This just happened today! 0 STARS!!! Read more
Expect the time your food will arrive to be double the time you were told if not more and should you call the store to ask about... your order NO ONE will answer. Honestly, I don?t see my self ordering from Papa John?s again. Read more
Ordered a pizza and wings & was given the incorrect pizza and the wings were not done as I asked. After calling to get a refund... it became an issue. Brought the food back to the store and the employees are now eating the food that they incorrectly made. Donot recommend this location too ghetto . Read more

This is not a pepperoni pizza, this is a cheese pizza. I sat on hold for 15 minutes while a voice unboxed a pizza for me, then... it finally showed up after it showed delivered in the app 20 minutes late. Then I opened the box, and sat on hold for another15 minutes until I was finally disconnected likely because the location closed. It seems like a high school diploma would allowsomeone to read the word pepperoni and apply the correct meat to a pizza, perhaps my expectations are too high. Read more
When I first placed my order I received a notification that door dash would be delivering my pizza. However they never showed... up. I called the store and they were more than willing to send us a new pizza ????. Fresh pizza arrived 30 mins later just aspromised ????. I would order again. Pizza has always tasted great. Read more
The black girls that work at the 8440 Abrams location are ALWAYS "cancelling" customer orders simply because they don't feel... like working. I deliver for Uber Eats and Door dash and EVERY time I show up to get an order, they try to tell me it'scancelled. I call up the customer and ask them about it on the spot, the customer says they want their order. I tell them tomake it. If I was the owner, #1 I would know what's going on with my business and #2 if I found out employees were costing meover $100,000 in sales per year by doing this, I would grab them by the hair and toss them into the parking lot. These employeesshould not only be fired, they should sued for $500,000 in damages to the business. Read more
