I never had an issue with them until this last order i placed. Order seemed to be taking longer than normal so i looked at the... order tracker and it said ordered was delivered so i checked outside thinking maybe they left it and it was not there. So i callstore which took forever to get someone on the line lime 20 mins and when i finally got someone he was really rude i advisedwhat happened and he said driver tried calling me and knocked on my door and im like i called back and there was no answer andhe most definetly did not knock on my door i work from home and j did not hear anytning. He made it seemed like i was lyingsaying the driver didnt have reason to lie and im like oh and i do. Basically called me a liar on my face. Really didntappreciate the attitude this worker had towards me. For sure would be losing my business after this experience never orderingagain from this place. Read more
Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean on the inside and outside. Parking was hard to find. I ordered two Papaditas... (Philly Cheese steak and BBQ). For the price you get a good portion of food. I didn't like how greasy the food was. Whenfinished I felt like I had consumed a gallon of oil and needed to go exercise. If you like greasy food then the Papaditas aremade for you. If you don't like greasy then choose something different. Read more
I placed my order by 9:10pm. At 9:35 I got a text saying my pizza was arriving. I gave specific instructions to call me when the... driver is outside. I went outside but no one was there. The track order thing on the website said the pizza was delivered when1) I never got the call 2) I never got the pizza. I tried calling the store but they put me on hold. Ordered two pizzas for delivery. After receiving the pizza we found that one was not cooked, and had raw dough through a... majority of the pizza. We called the shop to express our concern, and was met with a very defensive attitude by the owner of theshop, claiming he had cooked the pizza and it musty be correct. We requested a refund for the order and he refused to provideone, stating that the pizza was undercooked because we had pineapple on the pizza and it required it to be cooked differently.As this was the owner of the store, I expected more professionalism, and was extremely disappointed with the customer servicethat was provided. So apparently this is an acceptable pizza according to the Manager at Papa Johns... I filed a complaint and still haven't heard... back from corporate... that doesn't want me to come back nor my friends and family want to go back to this place... they didn'twant to even remake the pizza, I would have been satisfied with that but they had there chance... This must be one of the best papa Johns in the country. I only do pickup, but it is always SO FAST and hot everytime and always... correct and perfectly cooked.
