I came into the shop to meet somebody and grab some lunch I had a very simple order the turkey bacon sandwich. I made 2 very... simple requests no tomato and change the bread to the sourdoug. grab my bag didn't check my order got home opened up the packagefound out did not get my sourdough bread and they had 4 big hunking slices of tomato on my sandwic. There is a general manager name Stephanie and Paulina her employee who was the sweetest, kindest, gentle, patient people I ever... met. I was sitting along side with an elder customer who was extremely difficult to deal with from complaining about the foodconsistently and over the top complaints over every minor issues from service, presentation of food, etc. None of the problemsaddressed was of significant issue but Stephanie did not raise her voice, argue back, but made every effort in the most politemanner to serve the older lady. Stephanie went back to make a brand new salad batch twice and still it wasn't up to the customersatisfaction so Paulina, another employee, prepared the salad and finally all is well. The customer service at this panerabread is top notch. Stephanie and Paulina was so respectful, polite, and gentle. Something we need more in our communities todaydespite how difficult we all can be. I work walking distance from this location and frequently come here for lunch. I?ve always found the staff to be exceptionally... friendly and service is very quick. If I order ahead before I walk over, the food is waiting for me by the time I get there.Food is consistently fresh and the unlimited sip club is a great deal. There are less expensive food options in my building butI prefer coming here as I know the quality of food will be good, and staff is quick to fix any issues I may have with my food. Read more
Today we had a semi poor experience, what saved it is the Cashier Keshon gave more than exceptional service. My order came out... wrong and was remade wrong a second time. Keshon was polite and apologized for the mistake. When I addressed the issue with themanager, she was very dismissive to the issue.
