Online orders suck, made an order - it stated it would be ready at 12:12pm and had me waiting 20mins extra after the time... stated? went through the drive-thru lady stated if I could come inside since my order was not ready, I went inside and theystill took extra time to make the order when the place was empty, they waited until it got packed, went over to the pick up areaand no one came over to assist me, horrible service, Panda Express is known to dispatch their people fast !!!! This was first time eating at a Panda Express and it's the last time I'll eat there. The food looked great and was lousy the... very worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. I don't even know how you can mess up fried rice. It was lukewarm at best all of it andit was $23 and change for two of us to eat lunch. The absolute worst will never go back to another one Read more

Not sure why PE allowed this location to open. They don't sell the same food as other locations. They don't follow the same... rules as other locations. Two things about PE is that I expect the same offerings to taste the same and I want to be able totaste my food to be sure it's fresh. This location doesn't do either of those. Never had a problem till today don?t know what was going on through the cooks head today but instead of orange chicken I got... orange shrimp and I?m allergic to shrimp so that means somehow the chicken and shrimp were cooked together because it doesn?teven have the coating as the honey nut walnut shrimp would ! Made a 4 plate online order and not only was it completely wrong but the food was cold. This was a relatively large order for... which we only received 3 sauce packets. All around terrible service and quite frankly disappointing considering I often visitother Panda Express locations such as the Lewisville location with great service and food that is always hot and ready.
