Pretty good sized portions. Got the novice level for heat and was not very hot, as I wanted. Tater tots were good, mac and... cheese also. 11 dollars for 3 tenders, 2 sides, and a drink seemed reasonable to me. Got an extra tender for 2.50 and it camewith an extra sauce too. This was excellent southern comfort food. We came here after a busy day downtown. We ordered a chicken sandwich with fries,... catfish with corn and Mac and cheese, also tried the grilled chicken ???? with collards and brussel sprouts. The chicken andfish was all excellent, tender and moist. The home made tartare sauce was excellent. We're really picky about that and nocomplaints. Most American tartare sauce is gross tonus. My daughter wanted spicy chicken and sadly let the cashier convince herthat it was more spicy than it was. If you like spicy chicken, ignore warnings and go for it! Collards were decent. Brusselsprouts had a honey glaze that was good at first but became a bit overwhelming about half way through the cup. Fries wereperfect and nicely seasoned. Mac and cheese was spot on. All and all we had a wonderful lunch and I would love to come again andtry more of their menu. Read more

This establishment was very clean and well kept. The staff was so kind and friendly. They have an amazing menu and cannot wait... to try it all. I got the Motherclucker after not being able to try it at the State Fair of Texas due to the very long lines! Iwas determined to try it though and I’m glad I was. I got it fried with Nashville sauce and it was absolutely delicious. Mac nCheese could have used a little more flavor but wasn’t bad at all. It was our first dinner out here at Palmer and we love the wide variety of food on the menu that they have. We love fried shrimp... and chicken. They’re very tasty and delicious. Their chicken sandwich is one of my favorite ones out of all the sandwichesthat I ever had before. It is really worth the money. Highly recommend it. Read more

First time here. Really enjoyed the food. I will definitely be back. Next time I would get the level 4 Napalm dip because I... didn’t think Nashville was all that Hot. The maple baked beans were fabulous as was the Mac N cheese. Overall, a great placeto eat. I highly recommend Palmer’s. Read more

Some of the best fried chicken Nashville style heat I have had in Dallas. The "Big Dark" with Tots and slaw. A bourbon and a... beer. Service was awesome and very personable and the food outstanding. I get my haircut almost next door and could not resist.Will be back for sure. Read more

During my trip to Dallas me and multiple coaches (Shout out Gonzaga Lacrosse Team) went to Palmers for a late lunch. The staff... members there were friendly. Their chicken sandwiches looked good and we all got the Motherclucker including different sides. Iwas extremely pleased with the quality of our meal. During the end of our meal Palmer actually came out and greeted us with awarm welcome. The meal was phenomenal and the community was better. Highly recommend going back. Read more
