Was recommended by the hotel we were staying at. For delivery- we had to order $25,00; so, ordered a large pizza - with... delivery fees - $35.00. You?d think an independently owned joint would be good, vs Domino?s, Papa Johns, etc.. they?rehorrible. Well - they just got better. This pizza was not fully cooked; cheese was a partly melted glob and the crust - almostcompletely raw. We all took one bite and threw it out. The cashier was absolutely rude. We drove to the location after the lady on the phone stated that our order would be ready in 20... minutes. Once we arrived the cashier stated that the kitchen was closed and refused to serve us. He did not have any type ofremorse & also called me a ?Bit*h?. I had really wanted to try his place for a while, so I went in with high expectations. The pizza was ok. The customer service... however was horrible. I told the cashier that I had been charged 3 times for my order, and showed her on my phone. I asked totalk to a manager, he never came and spoke to me, I was told the charges would be refunded automatically over night. I went 2days later and asked again to speak to the manager, he did not come out despite being there, I was told wait a few more days now3-5 business days. I waited 35 minutes in a empty store, listening to them argue in the back,to be told to leave. I came back aweek later, my bank told me this is an issue that must be resolved here, I asked again for the manager who again did not comeout, I was finally issued a refund, I said this looks like I was only refunded once and they said no, it's for all 3 times, ithowever was not. I ordered Eggplant Pasta dish on Spaghetti. It was Wonderful - right amount of sauce and cheese. I also had a House Salad w... ground beef crumbles with Bleu Cheese dressing. Both were delicious. I will order again. Read more

Good lord I can?t describe how horrible the experience was. Why be open so late if you?re going to screw up everyone?s orders?... The employees not only got our orders wrong but it took an hour to get our pizza. THEN the employees said my friend never placedan order so we had to wait an extra hour, even when we got our order the pizza was rubbery and I might as well have been eatingcardboard with cheese and sauce. Absolutely terrible business and the owner decides to start getting into an argument with me in public when the whole fault was... on their side?! Not only is the staff taught to be rude and disrespectful, but the owner himself doesn?t even care to make itright for my family. I gave this place another chance even though I?ve seen so many bad reviews from locals. The quality of theproduct is hit or miss (If you decide to order, Hope you order on a good day!), and the staff up to the owner is combative,rude, and quick to shift blame to anyone but themselves. Not at all how a business should be run and a TERRIBLE representationof oak cliff and all the great business in our area that actually have standards when it comes to customer service and being apart of our community. Been to this place twice. Food was good and had no issues. My third time I decided to order again and as I was ordering and... about to complete my purchase the system gave me an error. So I was like OK ill try it again, and I attempted to purchase againand gave me a message saying unable to complete so I decided on something else. I wake up the next morning check my account andI'm charged twice for a pizza that didn't go through. So I called the store and the lady had kind of an attitude and she waslike she didn't have my any record on file that I made the purchase. I was like how can that be when I'm looking at both chargeson my account. She said she couldn't help me and that I'm on my own. She didn't try to compensate for their system error oranything and just basically said youre on your own and it has nothing to do with us. Based on that I won't be coming back tothis place for fear if something like that happens again, they won't claim responsibility for their malfunctioning system andtake your money. The pizza and wings here are to die for! We got the 16 inch New York Style crust Porky the Hag. This is a super rich pork pizza,... with Canadian bacon, bacon, pepperoni, extra cheese and spicy pizza sauce. It was delicious! I loved the spicy sauce and thecrust. Next time I might get something with veggies AND meat but like i said it was super tasty. We also got some lemon pepperboneless wings. They were also super delicious! You can tell how much I loved all of the food because I couldn?t take picturesof anything until it was all half gone! Oh and they are open 24 hours a day! Wow! Read more
