Excellent service and decent price. Had two coffees and two waters and sat in front of of the shop.
I went with my friend here so she could get coffee. They had a display of hydro flasks that I decided to impulse buy one. The... guy at the register said to me verbatim: I?m happy for you, buying a $50 water bottle, are you sure you want to buy this, youhave to be pretty messed up here *points to his head* to spend $50 on a water bottle. I awkwardly laughed and inserted my cardto where he asked me again if I was sure I wanted to buy it. His coworker chimed in and said something just as ridiculous. Ican?t even explain in words how rude and inappropriate these people were!!!! Why are you mad that I?m giving you a sale?!Freaking losers this store has hired. If I cared enough I would go back & talk to the manager & return this water bottle that Ididn?t even get a receipt for because he crumpled it up in front of my face & trashed it. Read more
This is my favorite coffee in the Galleria. It is not over priced and I am never disappointed.
I feel like I'm cheating on Starbucks whenever I go here! Lol. They have a Dark Chocolate Mocha that I can ONLY get here and its... so good that I find it worth me suppressing my aversion to crowds to get it (and a Snickerdoodle cookie, since I'm there). Read more
Pretty good restaurant in Nordstrom. You review the menu, place your order at the register, then seat yourself. They'll bring it... out when it's ready. The service is really good and lots of really good options on the menu. The chicken cheese tortellini wasgreat, although I expected a bigger entree. It seemed kind of small compared to other meals. The soup was cold, salad was very average, you had to partially serve yourself (ordering prior to being seated - probably to... save money on wait staff) and you had really work hard to get a soda refill. It felt very cafeteria-like. And the placeexpensive for the poor quality of food and service. Read more
