Awful customer service and food. That was our table, no water, no sauce or salt and paper. They barely gave us 2 napkins.

A friend told me that the food was good here so I gave it a try and it really sucked. I got this shrimp pomodoro. The spaghetti... was over cooked and the sauce was probably store bought as well. We are here celebrating our anniversary. This was the first stop on our food quest. We’re tourists in Dallas. It took us some... time to find the location because the directory doesn’t show us where it’s at. I called the restaurant and they helped guideus. It didn’t take long to get seated with drinks and food. We both ordered the Bazille Burger came with fries and a Kalamataolive aïoli. We also ordered drinks (all pictured). The burger we ordered well done and although cooked all the way through itwas beautifully seasoned and incredibly juicy! The dressed the burger with the perfect amount of lettuce, sauce, sautéed onionsand more! Our server Oscar was phenomenal and made sure we were taken care of. We saved room for a cookie and HOLY COW Oscar wasable to warm the cookie and it was ridiculous!!! I’d gladly buy a dozen of those cookies! Overall the prices match the qualityand quantity of the food. I don’t feel like the meal was overpriced. We ordered everything pictured for under $60. (Bread wascomplimentary) . This is a nice upscale restaurant and bar inside Nordstrom’s in North Park Center with great prices. At 5pm on Saturday during... the holiday season, the restaurant is nowhere near packed, so it’s a nice spot to duck into to get away from the hustle andbustle of holiday shopping. I only drank at the bar, so these 4 stars are just for that experience. I ordered a vodkapineapple with sprite and a chocolate. Both were strong and good. The glasses are slightly larger than your standard cocktailglass, so not only are the drinks strong and delicious, but there’s plenty enough in just one to get you through the rest ofyour mall trip. ???? The chocolate martini was also good. You definitely get your money’s worth since the glass is largerthan your standard martini glass. Definitely will return to try the food.
