I wandered in while exploring my neighborhood. Fair park has been \"the next big thing\" going on 30 years. I couldn\'t imagine... a coffee roaster making it here in this entrepreneurial no mans land, but in the spirit of supporting my community, I stoppedin.\n\nThe owner and I talked about coffee and roasting, grinders and brew methods. I am a bit of a newb so I had a lot of aquestions.\n\nI had never even heard of a \"Natural Coffee Roast\". But after learning that modern bean washing/roastingtechniques remove the fruit, leaving only the bean, I decided to the try a natural roast. The fruit of the coffee is left aspart of the bean before being roasted.I selected an Ethiopian blend.\n\nNow it\'s all I drink. Yeah the roasts vary from batchto batch some, but that\'s part of the charm. And the flavor is not for the Folgers crowd.\n\nAlso, the owner deals withindividual farmers, setting up direct trade deals bypassing the middle man. Read more

Definitely not your run-of-the-mill mass-produced coffee shop. Lots of high-quality choice beans in both regular and espresso... roasts. The barista offered me great suggestions, but ultimately, I went with my own choices, which she liked, as well. I stuckaround for an oat milk cappuccino. Wow and yum. Highly recommended when you want to take a break from the world. It?s located ina shady semi-quiet street. I didn?t have any trouble finding street parking, either. It?s a small shop, but good seating alongthe window as well as a good-sized shareable work table. Read more

I came in for free cupping class which was absolutely amazing followed by having cappuccino as well as a cortado. Not only were... the staff extremely knowledgeable but very friendly! The coffee is on point it is so smooth it is probably one of the bestcoffees I\'ve ever had. Read more
