Tried this place for the first time using their mobile app. Super easy and the smoothie was really good! I will be back!
While the juice and staff our great I've been trying for months to get in touch with manager or corp due to being overcharged. ... There was a technical glitch in the app, the employees knew but did not know how to correct. I left a message for the storemanager to call me which they never did. I reached out to corp at the direction of the employees, which will only contact youvia email no matter how many times I've asked to be called to resolve it. They just keep closing the ticket saying it has beenresolved when it hasn't. I will not go back due to the horrible customer service from management and corp. Nothing to do withproduct and employees. Had you at 5 stars til you decided to not take an order over the phone for the first time ever. With the guy at this location... who answered the phone saying that's the way it's been for months but that's how I've consistently ordered there everytime. This is fabulous location! I ordered the banana berry bowl and the Buzz, yum! The employees were super helpful and pleasant!
