Had never been to Nekter before and wanted to give them a try. Downloaded the app from the link I received via text to ?Claim... your Free 16 oz. Juice or Smoothie? and went to the store to pick it up + some açaí bowls. The free juice/smoothie offerwasn?t showing up on the app, so I talked to the associates who then got the manager to help. He told me there was nothing hecould do, that you have to wait ?6 hours? for the offer to load on the app (???), so I?d have to come back the next day. Theassociates were very friendly (particularly the red-headed woman, I didn?t catch her name) but horrible customer service fromthe manager. Very bait-and-switch feeling ? like it?s just to get you in the store so you?ll buy something. They got $32 out ofme today, but I won?t be back so they lost out on recurring business. A testament to customer service: I was sitting with some friends and accidentally knocked my smoothie over. After helping us... clean up the spill, the manager came out and gave me a new drink, gratis. It was so nice of them and really added a smile to ourexperience there. Read more
Nekter is part of a chain. The ingredients were very fresh in my seasonal pumpkin bowl. They had Nice selection of different... kinds of bowls. The reason this is 4 stars and not five is because the granola is not as tasty as I?ve had at some other places.It just tasted bland and there wasn?t very much of it. Their prepackaged drinks were quite tasty. I got a chocolate and a berryand liked both. The day I was in they were buy one get one free because the drinks were close to the expiration date. I?m notsure how often that happens but it was certainly a great deal. I would definitely go back, but I might see if there is anotherkind of granola to try. Read more
Great service, great courteous staff, great smoothies and bowls. The staff is hard working and it breaks my heart to see people... that have money NOT TIP. These kids work hard and long. It is amazing how busy this place gets. What a great place to meet yourdietary needs too!! Gluten free products available and pure juice, real produce. I drive the extra mile just to get a bowl or asmoothie. Try their Ginger shots too!! Body cleanse!! They will even customize your needs!! Read more
Having been to Nekter locations in California, I knew what I was getting myself into. They have a variety of smoothies, juices,... and bowls. Very happy to have this one so close to my new home in Dallas. I still miss getting my favorite acai bowls on thebeach, but this place is good enough to help me not feel so bad about that Read more
Very good! Love their fresh juices and acai bowls. I have downloaded the app and there are lots of promotions that are... frequently sent out. I feel that it's a bit pricey so I only come to treat myself. Great place to come in the morning beforework or after a workout on the weekend. Definitely recommend Nekter Juice Bar! Read more
