I almost missed out on some of the best pizza I have eaten lately simply because I overlooked a sign. The notice on the front... door at 1915 Skillman Street read to place or pick up an order from My Family's Pizza, go next door to the Pour House. If notfor my eagle-eyed cohort, we might have eaten somewhere else. Once inside the cool environs of the Pour House, owned by the samefolks that own the pizza joint next doors, we took a seat at the bar and ordered our pie. In no time at all, the bartender(pizzatender?) served us a piping hot pan of delicious pizza. I had a coupon, which brought me to this place, and my buddy and Iended up eating right there at the bar. My buddy commented on how good his cold tap beer tasted on such a hot day. The bartenderwas very personable and thoughtful. The pizza was great, a thin crust with a yeasty flavor that I really enjoyed. I recommend MyFamily's Pizza on Skillman but be sure to go to the Pour House next doors if you plan on picking up or dining in before 5PM. Read more

Best pizza in Dallas, period. I?ve eaten pizza all over the country, not to mention all over Dallas. Chefs prepare your pie here... to perfection. Superb quality ingredients, and cooked to perfection every time. I could eat here every day. It?s a must to gohere. Enjoy!! Read more
I only have the pizza. It's pretty fab. I'm sorry and I know people won't like this but I didn't care for the ranch. It's good... though good flavor. We have the supreme and it was fantastic. If you haven't been you're looking about supporting localbusinesses give it a try. UPDATE: CHANGING REVIEW TO TWO STARS!! Went back there this weekend and I don't know if it's newpeople or what but it was probably the worst pizza I've ever had. Go get a DiGiorno's from the grocery store and eat thatinstead I don't think I will ever go back. Very disappointed because I like to support local businesses. It was greasy itsmelled terrible like I don't know didn't smell good it was floppy I don't know I was just not a fan. If you haven't ever beengo give it a try maybe you'll like it I for one did not. I think this is a good place for vegan pizza. The wheat crust is vegan, and they offer vegan cheese and vegan pepperoni and... sausage. Unlike other places that offer vegan pizza, they don't skimp on the toppings, especially the cheese. You can tell assoon as they hand you the box because it'll be heavy even though it's thin crust pizza. Read more
What an awesome change of pace with this place. Finally, a place that?s generous with toppings. We tried this for the first time... last Friday. Best Pizza in Dallas. Thin and crispy crust, real Italian sauce, real cheese and fresh ingredients make this my favorite pizza... place in the world. Been a customer for 50+ years of the tornado-destroyed Preston Royal location, and am damn glad they hadthis second location not much further away for me.
