Reviews for MUTTS Canine Cantina® - Dallas in Dallas, TX
It's a great concept. Dog park, with food and drinks. The attendants walking around are all super helpful. The drinks are yummy.... Their fries are particularly good. The only problems I have are that it's a tad pricey, and their scanner always has issuesscanning people in. Overall worth it though, still 5 stars. Read more
I?m here as many days of the week as possible and I am never disappointed. The drinks and prices are great, the food has no... business tasting as good at it does for those price points, and the staff are some of my favorite people in Dallas. (It?simpossible for me to shout one out here because they all treat me so well @MGMT) This is a private park which means they have afew basic rules that are enforced, but it makes me feel infinitely more comfortable being here. It?s a community and a serotoninpuppy boost every time I go! Read more
They have two separate dog parks set by size. My dog ( Anatolian Shepherd 1year old) loved the space provided. While there we... had no issues with aggressive dogs. Plenty of water access. Clean area for the dogs to run. Read more

I?ve been coming to Mutts for over a year now, and have convinced 3 of my friends to become members. So as much as I genuinely... want to give Mutts a 5-star rating, it would not be an accurate representation of this business. Here?s where my conflictis: Pro: It?s a dog?s heaven in uptown Dallas. There?s tons of space to run and play off-leash. Plus, they have good drinks andwifi for those of us on 2 legs. Con: It?s not always very well kept up. I?ve seen chairs break under people 3 different times. The wood underneath the water hose area is rotting and unstable. In various spots underneath the mulch is jagged rocks that tearup dogs? paw pads whenever exposed. Pro: They have REALLY good drinks for really cheap prices. Like $4 drinks during happy hourand $3 mimosas on weekend mornings level of cheap prices. Con: Some drinks (like ranch waters) are served in glass bottles.Glass bottles in the dog park just creates safety concerns for me. Pro: The location! Right in West Village, Mutts is a great, convenient spot for anyone in Uptown/Oak Lawn/Knox Henderson. Con: Though they have a HUGE parking lot, you may not be able tofind a spot on Saturday or Sunday because people going to the Rustic?s (next door) weekend brunch use the parking lot. Plus, there aren?t lines everywhere, so people make their own spots?. Even if it?s blocking someone in? and it normally is Pro: Theyhave a lot of rules in place regarding what dogs are/are not welcome. These include that the dog must be more than four monthsold, be spayed/neutered, and be vaccinated. Con: They don?t ask for proof of any of it, it is simply honor system. The onlything they are truly strict about is that male dogs are neutered, and that is only because it is visually apparent when thisrule is broken Pro: All of the bark rangers and bartenders are super sweet and helpful (shoutout to Autumn and Alan) Con:Management doesn?t hold to their word or maintain bans on aggressive dogs. I have literally watched a dog Read more
Its a great place for you take you dog to learn how to socialize and release all the energy. Didn?t try the food but it looked... mainstream American. The staff is great, they clean up where parents miss cleanup, and control the playground when the Dodo?sget out of control. The selection of beer is satisfactory, I think they have some other drink options but didn?t partake.Definitely bring the family out. Take care of cleaning up after your Dodo, and don?t let your dog bully! Enjoy! Read more
Good park, nice and friendly staff. All dogs where contained and well behaved. But, for the price ($8.95 daily) it?s not worth... it! The tubs were half full with nasty water and there is poop everywhere! There is nothing extraordinary for the dogs. You candrive another mile for a free dog park and have the same stuff for your puppy! Unless you want to hangout with friends and getdrinks. That?s the only thing that would make us to come back. I absolutely cannot believe that there is a dog park this large downtown! If you live within walking distance, it is absolutely... worth the monthly subscription!! The Bark Rangers are great at monitoring the park when it?s busy, and there is plenty of roomon the big dog side for chasing, running, and fetch! They even have troughs of water out during the summer for dogs to cooldown. Read more
