I am so saddened I wasted my money. We couldn?t even eat most of it and just threw it away. I seriously hope I don?t get sick.... The dumpling dough was doughy and the meat inside was pink and RAW. The Dan Dan noodles was the ONLY decent tasting thing and itwas pretty much noodles soaked in oil. my two children and I just split it because it was late and we didn?t want to get backout. The hot spicy beef noodle soup was literally spicy with ZERO flavor. This was a TERRIBLE experience. We should have stuckto ramen. Lastly I ordered online and was told would be ready in 20. Drove to pick up and still had to wait 30 minutes inparking lot before I finally asked employee what update on order was and they returned with food saying oh it just came up.Terrible service to match terrible food. The noodles are very well cooked, but for me this place did not live up to the expectation created by the reviews. Service was... lackluster. We were told the cucumber salad wasn't spicy, but it is. The stir fried tofu didn't have much tofu and much of thetofu it did have was over fried. The noddles were very good though. The vegetarian dumplings were my favorite part along withthe view of sky scrapers in the distance and the gentle breeze. Read more
Disappointed.... we have been eating here for a few years and usually have had great experiences in the past. Our last visit, we... placed an order for over $150 of food for takeout and were so disappointed that our orders were not at the level of spicerequested. One of the main reasons we ordered here was to actually get some food that has enough heat.... I have tried theirdeadly level 11 and decided to dial it back to a level 9 beef stir-fry where I can still taste the food without the heatoverwhelming flavor. When I took a bite, there was no heat at all.... my 8 year old child was able to eat my food! We tried allthe other levels of 6 and 3 and still no heat at all....... called them to ask if anything changed in the levels and were toldthat nothing changed and that it must be just an error, were sorry.... that's it! Well, what about not getting what we ordered?Sadly to say, we won't go back due to the lack of customer service we were provided..... The customer service is great. We order soup dumplings, pork dumplings, chicken wonton soup and 2 chicken noodle soup. When. I... say I was highly disappointed in this food. The chicken was bland there was no seasoning what so ever. The sauce that came withdumplings had more flavor. The pork dumplings had a nasty after taste. The soup dumplings didn't fit the spot. Its was gummyand stiff at the top. The stuffing had a after taste and no seasoning. The wonton soup dumplings wasn't good either. The brothwas bland. I had to ask for salt and pepper. Chef Tim genuinely cares about food quality and his customers. He also provided excellent customer service going above and... beyond, showing leadership ability. I tried the soup, stir fry and orange chicken. The food is flavorful and cooks fast withthat street food touch. The brisket is so tender, melts in your mouth. The broth has an excellent complex flavor. Beef stir fryhas an amazing sauce with noticable umami flavor. Cucumber salad has a mild Kimchi flavor with a light citrus, great palatecleanser. Orange chicken was flavorful, but not very crispy, but that's a personal preference. They do run out of ingredients,which upper management needs to improve. But overall, a good experience. Read more
Slap My Face: this place was freaking delicious!! We ordered the Dan Dan noodles, Soup Dumplings, Pork Dumplings, And Cucumber... Salad. Everything was bursting with flavors and so filling. Their customer service was good, the atmosphere was nice and cozy,and they even have out door seating. I really liked this noodle place, and as most of my friends know...I love Noodles! ???? I made the mistake ordering the orange chicken and brisket fried rice. Everything taste like vinegar I mean everything and... smoked chili that?s 20 years old. I?m made i ordered via Uber eats. Otherwise I would have taken the food back. Even my doggrowled at the food. Don?t recommend a cup of water from this place. Read more
