The place is very clean but the service is poor. Two staff standing around the fries station looking at me while I?m waiting for... a cashier. Kiosk was showing a blank screen. Finally I decided to just do mobile ordering, and there wasn?t a cashier even afterI finished the mobile order. Then I watched two high school kids order #701, showed up on their TV status board, then somehowthe order disappeared, and the staff made them order and pay again #707. I witnessed workers drop French fry containers in muddy mop water, pick them up, put customers' French fries in them and serve... them. This is one of the most disgusting places, and when I bought this to the manager's attention, he got mad at me.
