Drive thru employees are very rude to customers. I think if you are in a bad mood you should not be working in retail! The girl... that is there in drive thru this morning is not having a good day today 10/26/2022 she is very rude!!! Going that extra mile tobe rude. Does she think she is winning a contest? Made a mess with my order. Order combo #7 since the beginning (both plain)..at the moment of paying had to let them know bcs... made a different order...when receiving the orden not plain, no fries..ask why they said(manager) bcs you didn't pay for them..gave the card so they can charge what ever ..and still had to wait for some simple fries Read more
Always have problems here. Have had a piece of bone in a McChicken. Have been given medium fries when ordering large several... times. Fries are always hot and fresh though. Always have to ask again for sauces that I ask for when ordering and am alwaysgiven a hard time about it. As a restaurant General Manager this just really irks me. Only McDonald's near my house otherwisewould go elsewhere. Read more
Rude employees completely ignore you while you place your order because they're just gossiping among themselves and then ask you... to repeat your order 5 times only to have to tell the person at the window again. Then when actually getting our order we had totell the person at that window our order again because they had no clue what we ordered because they we're just playing around.And they still messed up or order. I wouldn?t have mind to wait a little bit more as long as it was cooked properly ! . What is the purpose to write a review if NOTHING is being done. Every time I go I see same people, same problem, same issues. WE... as the people that are complaining need to find a better restaurant which at this point any restaurant is better. If McDonaldscant heard well I guess they don't deserved our money either. As always I get the same thing which is a large coffee I PAY FULLPrice and yet I get the same amount for the price of a medium. Is frustrating nothing is done.
