I work a mobile job so I have often stopped here for a restroom break over the past year. I?ve noticed that a lot of y?all?s... female McDonald?s employees don?t wash their hands after using the restroom. Not sure if this is cause y?all have a sink backthere or what but still? touching all those door handles and everything with unwashed hands is gross. This is stuff we learnedas children smh. If I could give zero stars I would. I approached the speaker to pick up my mobile order at 3:34 AM and was told that they would... not reopen till 4 AM. I was lied to by the female Hispanic staff member as I saw people in line just 12 minutes later Gettingtheir food at the window. First of all why does the system allow a customer to place an order during a time when they aresupposedly closed? That doesn?t make any sense. Had fish fillet meal with diet coke. Sandwiches were super soft and fresh and I love their fries. I took off one ?? cause Diet... Coke was bit flat and ketchup at handpump self serve counter was funny looking. Was more like pink instead of red and had somegrainy texture to it. I tossed it. dang, this mcdonald?s did not disappoint. not only were the fries PERFECT but the crisp when i bit into my mcnuggies literally... made me moan out loud. keep doing your thing. the staff on 9/10 at noon all need raises - no questions. Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. This place has one of the WORST customer service from the so called "manager". I was... verbally assaulted by her, Sara, if that's even her real name. She called me out of my name because I told her I had beenwaiting for over 5 minutes for ONE cookie. My order was a drive thru order and I had to go inside for the ONE cookie. She wasupset at my comment and cursed at me behind my back. When I asked for a supervisor, she said she was the manager. I asked forher name and the corporates number, but she would not give me her name and she said the number was on the receipt (which I wasnot given one). I would always come to this location many days out of the week, but it stops today. I rather drive further thanto pay someone to verbally assault me. Read more

The food wasn't edible. Mcchicken was cold and completely dried out. Cheeseburger was the same. Didn't finish the meal and felt... physically ill afterward. That food had gone bad. This location consistently serves extremely old food. Read more
