Closest location to my job. The staff is always nice and moving fast. For the most part, food is hot. Don't think you are about... to eat and get a little work done because you have 30 minutes ????. Will return. Read more
This store was clean overall, easy to get to from where we are staying, had some nice staff working the front counter, and was... quick and convenient. Everything you?d expect from McDonalds. I did learnt that the menu items and prices at my local McDonaldsare a bit different from this location, but I?m guessing that?s because Dallas is a more expensive place to live and work. Read more
Worst attitudes ever at this location during the drive through when placing an order. There were 3 people that seemed to be... working the drive through that night. Even though I said nothing to them to provoke them, they were complaining because I wassimply checking my bag trying to make sure that I got my items- like I started checking my bag and they asked me could you pull up? Also one of them asked the other one loud and clear right in front of me can we rate the customer? I could not believe thatan employee would say something like that right in front of a customer especially! I literally was not rude to them at all.There was absolutely no reason for this kind of behavior. Will not be back. Read more
This was a carry-out order, walk-in. Almost 30 minutes to get my order, there was one lady behind the counter and she was... knocking- out the drive-thru exclusively (think they were short handed). I did order and pay at the kiosk so no registerinvolved. 06/30/22 05:40- 06:12. 07/31/22- UPDATE: Service has improved, all my orders come out fairly quick now. Definitelybetter, many thanks. The cooks are jerks here so are the assistant managers. I don?t think they like Black people very much. I?m smiling and I?m the... one paying my money. If I could give zero stars, I would. One star is too generous. I ordered a meal using the mobile app. I got to the menu screen... in the drive through and was asked to come to the window. Went to the window and showed them my mobile app order code, the drivethrough employee (probably a manager?) gave me the total as if the app had not worked on payment. I asked and was given a veryrude response. When she came with my food, I wanted my money back and was going to go elsewhere but I felt she deserved to knowwhy.....only to be accused of being rude myself (my exact words on asking about being give the total was "I used the mobile app,did the payment not go through?" (What is rude about that question?!? If it didn't go through, I had cash to pay for the meal.We got into an argument and she cut it off quickly with her saying "Your order is ready, do you want it?" I took it because Iwanted the receipt so I could fill out their survey. That employee should NOT be working in a fast food restaurant.
