DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE RAW FOOD Went through drive thru around 1am. Was presented with a rude order taker yelling... "please wait" each time Id try to order... Ordered a sandwich and got it raw... which is surprising considering all themachines cook the food for you with TIMERS... seems like a reoccuring issue with this lady and staff... Ages ago, when I workedat McD, you would just need to place the frozen patties on the grill and set the timer, then pull off meat when timer rings...impressive that this team is intentionally pulling the meat up early before the timers ring... Went at around 12:30am on Monday (9/12) we ordered 2 - 10 piece nuggets and a quarter pounder with cheese. To start the... customer service wasn't the best especially for a slow night but the worst part is that the QPC was still raw. Took severalbites before noticing the patty was literally still pink. I went there for large French fries I usually do mobile order. Great deal $1 every day. While I was there I wanted to order... something else as well in drive through, the lady was extremely rude, she didn't want to take my order just because I had anextra order other than mobile order puck up. She made me stay in drive thro and I kept calling her she never responde. It was anextremely bad experience, they have zero customer service. Terrible service,: I waited a few minutes in line to get some food for my pregnant wife who wanted some fries and finally my... turn came after more than 20 minutes and I told myself, please wait for me with a bad attitude and I said Of course .5 minuteslater she attended me and with a worse attitude I asked her for extra cooked potatoes I even told her it doesn't matter if Ihave to wait there is no problem I paid something the lady almost threw the food at me and I said it's fine I came home and thefries were so raw and watered down how disgusting ???? We have kids? activities that wrap up at noon on Saturdays near this McDonalds, so we end up here for lunch occasionally. The... kids love the play area (it?s actually geared for kids and not just toddlers) and there?s an eating area attached to it so thekids can play and eat and I can watch them easily. I?ve placed orders at the counter, on the app from my table, and at the kioskand haven?t had any issues. The food comes out fresh and hot, and the employees are fine - I mean, it?s a McDonalds, so I?m notexpecting amazing food and service. I regularly see employees wiping tables and sweeping/mopping during the day, keeping theeating areas fairly clean. Read more
