I went to grab some food and went inside because the line was long. All of the people expediting orders at the front were eating... fritos out of a bag on the counter and had drinks sitting where the food comes out. The lady doing the fries saw there was notenough for a medium order and started to fluff the fries up. She saw me looking and waited for the other fries to be done andadded them to my fries. I have worked in food service and know that you cannot have food or drinks at the front counter. Read more

Went from curbside to drive-thru &... eventually inside the restaurant to get my order, just to get told that I ?wasn?t at the curbside? when they ?brought? my orderout. So I?m guessing they threw it away. They seemed to have my brother?s order & gave it to him since we were in the same carbut didn?t hand out mine. Make it make sense. Then the manager said that I can?t get my order & need it to change it tosomething else. Nope. I?m a patient person but this made me very angry & demanded a refund. Got my refund & left. Never visitthis place unless you want a terrible experience. + Barely any employees to keep up with orders, some employees touching theirhair & bagging food, the manager telling other customers to order through the kiosk since there was no one available at thefront. Wait 25 minutes for an order and they put meat on the chicken burger. Then they change it and they give you the burnt chicken...... and the manager sees you at the counter and tells you to take it like this or wait 6 more minutes... makes me never want to goback to McDonald's ever again in my life! Worst place ever. Night lady very rude. She was screaming at me when all I wanted is to make sure my burger was plain. Then my... burger was raw. Also I showed my code and she said" What is this". You know very well what the code is. I worked for McDonald's7 years and never treated customers like this. If y'all want more customers to come back she needs to be fired. Read more

Word of advise if you decide to go through this drive through? Do Not Pull Forward if they ask you to wait. Once you pull... forward you are off their board, meaning you are forgotten. If they ask this, your only option is to go park, go inside andmake sure they know you are now watching and waiting inside. If you do pull forward, enjoy the 30+ minute wait before someonecomes out and asks to see your receipt.
