Double drpped my fries and nuggets. Fries were as brown as the nuggets.
My French fries were dry and old, my sweet tea tasted like sink water, my burger pattie had been sitting for a while
To me the burgers have no flavor but my Son likes the playground so we grab lunch here after a haircut every Friday

Used the mobile app , chose pick up inside arrived at restaurant and dining room was close , had to wave someone down to get... attention, just to be turn away an say go to drive thru , the purpose of the app is to be convenient . 11/25 around 5pm. Went back bc order was not complete after I ask server at drive thru if the order was complete. Went back so... upset for two McChickens.. gave my receipt to employee and no comp per Joe. This has happened to me numerous of times at thislocation. Employees need to be more focus on the orders. This place is very efficient in their drive through game. Their curbside could use some help. You will have people begging at... the corner of the building but that?s the area. So far it?s my favorite McDonalds in Dallas. Their workers at the window arealways sweet and nice. Keep up the great training. Read more
