Waited over 5 minutes at speaker to be told to pull forward and order at window. Then asked to pull forward to wait for my food... (over 10 minutes). Then when the employee came out with multiple bags of food, she had no idea which bag was mine or what Ieven ordered. Then had to wait another 5+ minutes for her to come back with my bag (which she did not bringoriginally) Honestly worst mcdonalds and only mcdonalds I've ever had an issue at. Fire these managers. Horrible customer service!!! Lady on the intercom needs to be taught customer service etiquette. Apparently y?all need to train... all your employees this because it too many locations I?ve experienced this. Constantly getting the order wrong, it's a simple thing that never gets done.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, ORDERED FOOD THROUGH UBER EATS DRIVER STOLE MY FOOD. CALLED THE REATAURANT THEY TOLD ME THE DRIVER CAME... SO THEY COULD NOT REMAKE MY ORDER. WENT TO THE RESTAURANT TO RECEIVE ANOTHER ORDER( PLACED IT AND PICKED IT UP) I GET MY ORDERTO FIND A BURGER WITH NO BUN, AND A HALF FULL FRAPPE. SAVE UR MONEY AND GO TO CHICK FIL A ON ELM. Read more
No one really goes to McDonald's for the food, they go there for the convenience and the service but this location has a problem... with good customer service. I live a block away and rarely eat at this location because the service is so bad. The nice workersare often clueless and rude ones are old bitter women that don't want to be there and they make sure the customers know it. Howhard is it to take an order, hand some one a bag, answer a question or solve an issue without an attitude, smart remark or justa flat out I don't know? Read more
I waited in line for over 20 minutes to be served a raw burger. Called the location to inform them about the issue and was told... to come back. I go back to the location and call the store again to notify them I've arrived only to be told I have to gothrough the line AGAIN!! I get to the speaker and the guy tells me, I don't know what you ordered "like I didn't talk to himtwice". Tell him the quarter pounder. Get to the window and the young lady just looks at me confused. I show her the burger andshe says "Oh, it's raw" like I didn't know. Takes it back to the cook, comes back to the window and tells me to please pullforward... ... ... At this point I don't want anything from this location and I leave!!!
