Just had the most bizarre experience at this McDonalds The lesson I learned is if you want ice cream at this McDonalds... order... in person! I love McDonalds Mcflurrys but the last 4 times I've been to the drive through at this McDonalds they've said thatthe ice cream machine is not working However, I've noticed people sitting inside with ice cream so I decided to order in personinstead of the drive through I have Noooooo idea why they would claim their machine is not working through the drive throughbut it is magically working if you order in person Why would they do that? Are they lazy? Unprofessional? Just because? I dontknow, but several times now I've had to drive an extra 15 minutes to find a McDonalds where the machine is working, when in factthis McDonalds machine worked all along. Since this restaurant has been renovated, it has produce better quality food. It seems to be short of staff rn, but I see the... growth after living near this location almost 5 yrs. Keep growing!???? Read more

This the best McDonald?s I?ve been to. I go sometimes on my lunch break and the service is always fast and easy. Everyone there... deserves a raise, they are friendly. Read more

I love using my phone app to order. I can easily customize my food (extra pickles, no mustard, etc.). And I can pick it up in... the drive-thru or (if I go inside to pick it up) I can see the order status on a big screen. It's great! Read more

Apparently if you ask for extra pickles on your chicken sandwich you get 3 slices?. They had my order right and the receipt read... as extra pickles too. We had another sandwich with normal amount of pickles and it came with 2 slices. I understand food costbut come on. Read more

I drove by this location last Wednesday night (08/31/22) and recognized there were only 2 cars in line at the drive thru, so I... took the opportunity to jump in line and grab a bite to eat. 25 minutes later, I'm still behind those same 2 cars I saw comingin. This line didn't move at all my whole time there. To be totally honest, there was a third car in line at the intercom when Iarrived that placed an order, but they got annoyed and left after about 10 minutes waiting. I should have followed their lead,but I was hungry and decided to stick around. That was a HUGE mistake. 15 more minutes go by and we've made absolutely noprogress. I'm baffled because whenever I go to McDonalds and they aren't able to serve me my order immediately, they usuallymake me go sit in the corner until they decide to bring it out. For whatever reason, they let this guy sit in the window thewhole time and disrupt the flow of customers. I'm assuming it's because he was more important than the rest of us. Why elsewould they allow one customer so much time at the window? I waited 25 minutes for him to move, but there's no telling how longhe was there before me or after me. I left, pretty angry I might add. I invested 25 minutes for a quick meal at this place andnow I'm leaving just as hungry as I was when I arrived, vowing never to allow the Greenville Ave. McDonalds to rob me out of mytime ever again. I went here for dinner the other day The food was fine, but the service was horrible. I waited over 30 minutes to get my food.... They never made it, my friend had to go back up to the counter to tell them they never made my order. Then it took another tenminutes after that to get the food. The guy at the counter is not nice. He looks and talks like he hates his job. I get thatcustomer service sucks, but even with my food not coming out I was not rude. He wasn?t even technically rude. He?s just notapproachable and doesn?t seem to like talking to people. His responses are flat and dry. The manager was there and never onceturned around or acknowledged I was there. While I was waiting for my food, someone from the drive-thru came in and told themhis order was wrong. My order ended up being wrong, but at that point I didn?t think saying anything would help and I didn?twant to spend another minute in that miserable place. This particular McDonalds needs work.
