How hard is it to get an order correct?? Don't come to this McDonald's if you want to find out... The level of Incompetence is... at its highest.. Example: Went through drive thru 1 big Mac, 2 cheese burgers, 20 McNugget, 2 large fries... Got home.. Nofries, Bic Mac had no lettuce, no pickles and no cheese... Its sad when a simple job can't be done correctly... Wife said that'swhy you check the bag.. If I could put 0 stars that's it. They gave me 20 cold old nuggets!! I Asked them to cook them fresh they gave me back the old... nuggets with 3 hot ones. Smh close them down get new management because they not it!!!! No customer service and they racist!! Read more

I waited 35 minutes to pick up an Uber order at 3 am. I get to the order window and they tell me they?re only taking breakfast... orders. There?s no McDs that serves breakfast at 3 am. I got another Uber order for dinner and had to cancel it. Dinner andbreakfast menus are reflected in the McDs Uber app at the correct time. They didn?t want to prepare it apparently, just lazy.What a waste of time and money. Read more
