You know one of the reasons I go to Micky D's. Is I had an experience quite grave where I needed ,my family needed shelter at a... Hospital. The Ronald McDonald house Hospice. Chimed in with the most welcoming blessing at a cloudy skyline in our lives. Sobesides the great food, clean facilities and great service their is a giant with a great gift for humanity. Customer service was awful the manager Maria was not in control she allowed the employer Melissa and a couple of more other ones... to walk over and not stand her position as the manager. Melissa was very rude very very rude and she needs to be fired. BecauseMcDonald's have a name to stand up to and customers are always right in any restaurant employment. A truly unique McDonald's experience. There were about 200 people in there for at least half an hour for the lunch rush and this... supervisor dude was yelling at people who were being idiots not paying attention and not moving quickly. Like lunch And a show.The food was the same. The experience was worth another trip. Read more

Great location. Great quality. But today ordered a oatmeal and the lady maybe knew English maybe not came to the window with my... oatmeal and told me to pull around and wait. I said that?s my oatmeal in your hand. She rudely gave it to me and slammed thedoor. The door closes itself. There?s a need for customer service reform here. Along with great locations that I visit i alsostarted doing reviews to point out the vitriol that I receive during outtings as well. Read more

They were the only people open at 1AM. I had just spent all day flying and wanted some food before I got some much needed... sleep. Walked there from the hotel only to find the lobby closed, fine no problem. I walk up to the drive through. They saythat the only way they will take my order if I place it online. I place the order online and come back to the drive through.They refuse to acknowledge me until I call them inside. I will gladly take my business to any other establishment next time I'min the area. I arrived at 10:20am places my order on the self serve boards and just as I inserted my credit card one of the employees yelled... our "no more breakfast" my order was completed and then they called my number and said can't do breakfast. We had a few wordsabout it so I asked for a refund. The manager finally came over and said we'll take care of it boss. I then got my breakfastmeal. It worked out in the end but they need a better process to transition from breakfast to lunch when they have customersordering on the self serve boards. Read more

For a busy night they kept a decent flow. Employee made eye contact, repeated orders. It would have been a 5 star but... unfortunately a few items were left out. It was a busy night and I saw the employees all working hard. I definitely will goback! Read more
