I stood in line for 15 minutes before someone took my order. I tried purchasing from the app and they wouldn't accept my code;... kept saying it was invalid. I went to another McDonald's and ordered without an issue. Read more

So I wanted breakfast but they only had sausage burritos, sausage biscuits so I ordered a hash brown and they over cooked it it... was like eating potato chips I will be forwarding this to corporate to let them know this is how McDonald?s are representingyou Update: today nov 5 I try this place again I asked for fries extra salt which they gave me and a cheeseburger with extraonions pickles and ketchup when I put a picture of this dog gone burger you guys tell me if this looks like a cheeseburger withthe fixins? oh they gave me a plain cheeseburger?.. just plain I may try them one more time but three strikes and I am done withthis McDonald?s? this is just unacceptable? I have been here a couple of times and seems that the drive through is very unorganized. The workers that take your order at the... drive thru are not professional and take your order with an attitude which is very unprofessional. Read more

Oh my gosh! THIS lady that took my order on the drive-through speaker at 12:19am; took me by surprise with her customer service!... She was simply AMAZING!???????? She was energetic and took my order with precision and accuracy. And to be honest I really startgoing to McDonald's. ???? Now I will be making a special trip to this location. I don't know her name but she was a redbone withshort hair and a beautiful smile. Give her a raise! Read more

Fresh foods however never have ice cream or shakes in the pm hours they tend to forget you in the overflow line or leave out... items sometimes how they need more people that are use to handling such loads of fast pace or get help for that time frame. They took my order wrong, didn't even make the food correctly. A double cheeseburger has two patties not one small patty and two... slabs of cheese. The Hispanic woman at the window had hickey's on her neck, which is very unprofessional, refused to help thesituation when I asked for her to fix the order. Refused to serve me any condiments, they were charging for ketchup. They wereplaying around in the kitchen running after each other. The Hispanic woman also began to lie to the chef about the order being"Raw" which I said no word about. Only the order being wrong. Proceed to get hostile, until another worker came to the window.These employees need an evaluation. Horrible customer service. Read more

They randomly unlock the lobby, but you shouldn?t bother. They will ignore orders from the kiosk in favor of the drive thru... until you go complain. The pink haired worker who never ever gives you a receipt clearly doesn?t want to be there. The drivethru is little better. Based on the number of times I?ve been flat ignored at the speaker, you have about an 80% chance ofactually having your order taken and getting food. I waited six minutes this morning at the speaker before I left. Both thisstore and that other one on Illinois Ave are completely mismanaged. I?m done patronizing both locations. I choose fast food forspeed and consistency and these stores offer neither. Read more
