Everyone was rude, even the new person they had in the DRIVE THRU window. First off, she shouldn?t have even been in the window... by herself. Then it?s literally raining we got to the next window they had someone at the window that speaks zero English so shewouldn?t give me my food I literally had to drive all the way around me go in and they were still saying it wasn?t mine when Ipaid for and was barely trying to let me even add on a McFlurry not even through drive thru. I purchased a couple of the limited edition new adult happy meals And didn't get any of the boxes Was never asked if it would be... OK And when tried to return them Because I wasn't gonna pay an upgraded charge on regular combos the manager Martha gave my wifea hard time and she also gave me a hard time wasn't asking for all my money back just to refund me the upgrades we got tired ofdealing with her was wasting gas and time trying to get our money back I know this Macdonald's is owned by the same owner ofIllinois and Hampton he owns 3 Franchise but this lady is giving this place a real bad reputation trying to save him a coupleof bucks unless she gets a Bonus quota or unless the owner is on the same page as her try to Skim every cent he can which Idoubt Because I knew one of his other managers i just dont think.he is like that I think its this narrow minded lady Read more
My kid threw up walking into the place and smelling the inside of this place. Food tastes like plastic. Apples taste like water.... If you have never had food before, this can't disappoint. Also the pokemon cards made my kids happy. Read more

Stopped at this location on Wheatland in Duncanville to get my niece some fries and the drive thru was super long, so I decided... to do curbside. They only have two curbside and they were full. Took about 20 mins to get the fries and that's after sending myson in twice with my phone that has to order to get them on it. It was the worst experience I've ever had at that location.
