I just came here on the way to the car dealership to get my car detailed. It was bad customer service experience from the... intercom to getting my food. The gentleman giving me the food had no "Thank you for ...." He didn't ask me if I wanted jelly ornapkins. I will bypass this one everytime. I don't come on this side town a lot. For the last few times I have stopped here before I go to work the service has been horrible, they served me an frappe with no... caramel or didn?t offer the mocha instead because the truck hasn?t assured, my husband asked for light ice on his drink and gotextra ice as well as extended attitude while getting what we didn?t all got and still paid full price for bad set ice. The manager kept the flow going between drive thru & counter orders. And it seemed busy. There was a couple of customers with... order issues and he took care of them as well. There was employees constantly cleaning. I was very impressed. Read more
I went to this McDonald's on July 9th and the breakfast was amazing. Great costumer service, the guys that took our order were... so nice I believe one of them is a manager . I went today and the costumer service was great! The absolute worst I?ve ever been too. I don?t recommend you go inside. Nobody will greet you AT ALL. I waited for ten mins... before I had to wave someone down to ask is anyone working the counter. Seems like the only orders that matter are online anddrive through orders. And to top it off they were slow smh. All those workers and nobody working the front register. I willnever come back to this store. Customer service definitely needs work, maybe a training class for the entire staff. Because tosee someone come in and take longer than ten mins to greet them or find out if they have been helped or not is unacceptableseriously. Throw the entire staff away. Read more
