Don't depend on this location for a late night meal. I work the graveyard shift and thought this location was open as... advertised. Instead i see a bunch of lazy employees at 3am NOT doing their job. Looked like they had friends inside while carslined up at the speaker but no one ever came on to take orders or even said they were closed, so everyone just drove off . Unsatisfied. The guy at the first window was extremely rude. After trying to confirm our order, he says yea that?s it and slam the window. We... get to the first window to get our food to discover the order was not correct. It annoys me when employees take their anger outon customers. If you don?t like your job, quit! This is the worst & most lazy McDonald?s I literally have ever been too !!!!! It?s like every time me & my bf goes here they soo... lazy especially the night crew 9pm and after . The past few days they been saying nuggets and fries only but with mobile ordersyou can get burgers , they too lazy to cook . And on top of that the Icecream machine is ALWAYSSSS broken . They so lazy thatthey have all they lights off in front of store and they can?t even pay the bill ???? and they are open . Another thing this isprobably the 2nd time I complained to them , they don?t clean their drink filters bc I get black stuff inside my sprite andother times the drink don?t even taste like it , it?s all watered down . This is my bf fav place to eat it?s too the point hestopped getting drinks/ food from here . And oh another thing the bread is always soo stale and hard . This place is hit or miss. The location tends to attract folks who sit in lobby and while your eating people ask you to buy them... a meal. The food is good when it?s fresh but be forewarned someone might ask you to buy them a meal. Numerous times theemployees are arguing and cursing which you can hear while you eat. Only reason I go is it?s location and convenience. There aresome good employees there but far and few. Read more

I stopped here after work. I was in line for 10 or more minutes and the guy says we are only serving chicken nuggets and fries.... This location is horrible! Long lines, something is usually not on the menu or equipment is not working and customer service isjust lacking. This McDonald's is in a good location right off a major freeway. Windows were dirty.
