I asked for a deluxe chicken sandwich, but I just got a burnt chicken patty between to dry bread buns. The customer service was... terrible. I even had to ask for my own receipt, nor was I asked if I was using the mobile app. I went inside to order my food,and I couldn?t even see the menu because their screen was cracked and broke.. Last night it looked like I was at a ufc fight. Customer throwing food at the window and employees doing it as well. My order... was messed up wrong items. ???? with all the mayhem going on it wasn't worth waiting another 45 min for my food. Teens thatwork there are rude no appreciation for the customers. It's a McDonald's so it's pretty much the same as all the others. But really good location and the restrooms are clean. The... inside was empty had more drive though going on. Recommend the inside was nice and clean so was the bathroom. Food well samecooked Great Recommend. Read more
My wife & I get around town on bicycles. One night after we finished work for the day, we decided to eat McDonald's instead of... having to cook after our long work day. The dinning was closed already so we pulled through drive-through on our bikes. Noanswer from speaker so we pulled to window. We were refused service because they don't serve walk ups. We didn't walk up, werode up on bikes. So if someone doesn't drive a motor vehicle they are refused service through the drive-through. We were alsorefused service at Taco Bell next door to this McDonald's. Read more
The line inside is short and the drive thru is long. However the staff preparing the orders seem slow getting the orders... prepared. I don't frequent McDonald's much and this trip reminded me of the reason why I don't frequent McDonald's. I highlydoubt that I will revisit the location. Read more
This McDonald's needs help in my opinion, they ALWAYS have super long lines! Always some sort of argument from costumers on who... cut who in line. When finally getting your food it's normally good quality and staff is actually friendly. Its just the longlines! Read more
Modern decor, laid back atmosphere and always clean, including the rest rooms. With being the only McDonald's in GBC it's... usually quite busy. The drive thru can get backed up but the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Because they stay busythe food is usually freshly prepared. If it's not, they'll happily replace it with something that is. They have a large playarea so bring the kiddos and let them run wild (not really, please watch your children). Free wifi! Read more
