Poor portions from this restaurant. Food is OK. I ordered a BOWL of Chicken Tortilla from uber and it came half-filled. $20... for a foot-long sub that has hardly any meat. We will absolutely not be doing business with this location again. Read more
While I love McAlister's, I hate this location. I've picked up from here once, and they left off a small item. No big deal. I... ordered delivery another time, and they left off half the order. I contacted them, and they tried to blame Door Dash, but DoorDash doesn't pack up the items. I spoke to the manager, Brenda, and she said that she would refund the missing items, plus putsomething on my rewards account. It's been two weeks, and neither has happened. Had a wonderful reuben sand, served by Gloria. Have been there several times, but this was my best experience. She made sure I... got my rewards points, chatted me up while I was waiting. She called everyone by their name, if I had a restaurant, I'd wanther working for me. Read more
