Staff is generally friendly, but a little sad that this is all the mac and cheese we got as a side?
I ordered from this location twice in one day and they got both my orders wrong. The first sandwich was sloppily put together... and thrown in the box and did not adhere to my modification requests. My second was an Uber eats order where I called the storeto confirm my order details to assure accuracy and they still failed to comply with my modifications and did not include itemsof my order. I called the location after receiving my wrong order and was disregarded by the said manager who said they wouldresolve the issue and and quickly hung up before they even got my name for a reimbursement. We usually eat a McAlister?s Montfort location and the food has always been great I eat there at least three times a week. I... decided to try this location today because it?s on y way home and it was my worst mistake. I ordered a sandwich and a wrap witha salad for each and two ice teas. The food was not good at all? the bread was hard the meat was very chewy my wrap was verypoorly made it had almost nothing inside and was just thrown in the to go box. The tea was bad it had a very bad flavor we hadto throw it away. I think they are either careless or very short staffed. I would not recommend this place at least not in theevening I don?t know if the food is better during the day. I for sure will not come back to this location. Read more
Neat Place for lunch. We have lunch here every other month. Menu selection offers variety and their pricing is really... friendly. Their salads are super huge and fresh. I like their sandwiches too! They have menu for kids which is really greatwith good options. I like their service too, either for dine in or pick up. We had southwest chicken salad and Caesar chicken(see pictures)salad this time while kids had their ham and cheese sandwiches, apple sauce and cookies. We paid like $28 for allfour of us. Their men restroom is pretty clean which I really appreciate since I often take my little daughter in for pottytraining. Keep up the good work! Read more
