This is the WORST location I've ever dined at! I ordered the spud ole with veggie chili and got it with beef. I don't eat beef!... I verified my order twice before I left and was told that my order was correct, only to get home and see that it's not. This isnot the first or second time this has happened, but it is the last. I've been going to this McAlister's location for a long time and they've always been great, but lately, they've been so fast... with orders! I mostly get to go orders, which i order ahead on the app, and they are ready in less than 10 minutes. This is aperfect option for anyone who wants something more than fast food, but in the same amount of time (or quicker). The food alwaystastes great and everyone who works there is very friendly. This location has exceeded expectations the last couple visits. The food is super fresh, and customer service has been... excellent. I've always loved McAlisters, and I'm thrilled to live near this one. I walked in tonight with 3 grumpy kids whowere arguing. The employees were all kind and took very good care of us. They offered coloring sheets to trade in for candycanes, even to my 14yo, which was so appreciated, because he looks much older and is often left out of the 'kid count' forthings like that. They gave my youngest an extra cookie, because she was sharing a salad with me, and they didn't want her to beleft without a treat like her brothers. My kids LOVED their food (toasted sandwiches and Caesar salad), and all of us walked outsmiling and happy, with tummies full of healthy food which I felt good about my kids eating.
