The food is HORRIBLE! The service is HORRIBLE! The manager who I called to make a complaint with named ARLETTE and her attitude... was incredibly HORRIBLE. And the restaurant is FILTHY! These are the slowest bunch of employees I?ve ever seen. I ordered a pick up at 1, and at 1:20, I am still waiting- for a soup... and a salad. YALL- make it make sense, it?s not even busy. Read more
I don?t normally go to McAllister?s deli but a friend of mine wanted to stop there for lunch and I had the jalapeño turkey... crunch. And eat sandwiches usually three or four times a week. This is a terrific chain and spot to grab a quick meal, and it's still a good value for your dollar at McAlister's. I've been... eating at McAlister's since 2010 or so and although the menu hasn't changed much it's still as good as it ever was quality wise,though they could stand to get some more side dish options. Great option for $10-12 a person. Read more

I love this place!! One of my favorites is the chipotle chicken sandwich???? I also had a BLT recently and it was equally good.... On days when I want something fresh and filling or not feeling well this is my spot. Don't forget the soup! Read more
Do not let these negative reviews fool you because these Karen's aren't getting their way or have one bad experience. I live... nearby and often come in to do work and study. The staff here is great and I never have any issues at all with them. They alwaystake great care of me and make sure my tea is topped of. The ladies at the front are always very attentive and even make theirrounds in the restaurant to check on guests. Felicia is super friendly and great as well as the other manager Chris! I highlyrecommend this location! You can also see how clean and well managed the restaurant and bathrooms are as well. A+++ Read more
