First time visiting as we were on the south side of town, so glad we stopped in! Great recommendations from the staff as we... tried a variety of tacos - the fried shrimp and the quesabirria were really good. Dined in with my family- the food was mid. We started with queso and guacamole- the guacamole had good flavor and the queso was... kind of gross. It reminded me of Chili?s queso with flavor and the consistency. The chips themselves were good. I got flautas-the chicken inside was moist and had good flavor. The rice was awful- had a strong cumin flavor and the beans were good. Myboyfriend and son got tacos- he didn?t enjoy the flavor of the tacos and ate mainly because he was hungry. My daughter got thebirria tacos and she enjoyed them. The flavor of the meat was too gamey for me so I personally didn?t like them. The serviceoverall was great- ordering and checkout was quick and easy. They brought our food out very quickly and were attentive. Man! This place is an amazing spot. We started with chips and queso. I had both types of shrimp tacos and my wife had tacos... ahogados. Best shrimps tacos I?ve ever had.
