*Went here on recommendation from a coworker that explained they make the poké bowls like they do in Hawaii. I got the classic... bowl because I don?t know any better on what makes a good poké bowl. I was surprised how simple but elegantly put together theingredients made a poké bowl. You can taste all the edamame, sushi rice, the tuna, and other individual ingredients togetherlike being able hearing the tuba, clarinet, and flute separately but together make music called a symphony. I had the poke taco dish. The seaweed wrapping is a big fail. You can?t chew through the seaweed. The only to create a seaweed... taco shell that works is to have the seaweed very very dry so it easily breaks when you bite it. Otherwise it?s like trying tochew through a tough flexible cloth.
