We absolutely loved this restaurant. First of all we have to say that the host was unbelievably kind and caring. I had just hurt... my foot that morning and therefore was limping. She took us to our table in their cute patio and as we’re seating she told meto please rest my leg on one of the chairs so I’d be comfortable. They came with water for our dog right away and everyone wasso welcoming. We ordered their daily ceviche as an appetizer then the Chilean Sea bass and the Blue Fin Tuna as our entrées.Everything was delicious. It was very fresh and well seasoned with the right amount of seasoning that brings out the naturalflavor of the fish without changing it. We got a glimpse of the Crispy Calamari too and looked yummy. We will order it next timefor sure. Shoutout to our server Raven. He was the cherry on top of the cake! Thank y’all so much! Read more

Trying Lovers Seafood for the first time we arrived just before 6pm without a reservation. The staff was very accommodating and... helpful. The Bourbon selections was very extensive and my favorite pours were reasonably priced. You can go nuts if you wantwith a Michters 20 or RVW, but a 2oz pour of Stagg Jr for $16 is a no brainer. Our Server Patrick was very attentive andservice in general was everything you might expect in a great restaurant. Thanks to Jodie for checking on our experience we lookforward to seeing you again soon. My wife had the Rosewood smoked Salmon and I had the Chilean Sea Bass. Both were perfectlyprepared. The Rosewood Smoked Salmon had the perfect amount of smoke that was not overpowering. The Lemon-Horseradish sauce wassublime with a nuanced bite that enhance the flavor while not overwhelming to Salmon taste.. The Seabass was pan seared toperfection with a cauliflower rice side paired with string shaved vegetables. Delicious! We finished off the dinner with aslice of Key Lime pie which had a delicate thin gingerbread crust, the perfect key lime taste and topped with fresh whippedcream and a tender ripe raspberry. Lovers Seafood is a new contender for my favorite DFW seafood restaurant. 5 Stars In mybook! I'll be back! Read more

Went here for a birthday dinner on a Friday night. It was busy, bustling, but the service or food did not suffer at all. Our... waiter, Doug, was attentive and helpful. Everyone in our group of 9 loved their food, the highlights being the shrimp and grits, fried calamari, and yellowtail demesy bowl. Will definitely return for our next celebration. Read more

This place did not disappoint. Everything tasted really fresh and was seasoned to perfection. All of the fish was cooked well... and the sides were delicious. Outside seating was really nice and the service was good as well. Definetly a place I would visitagain as there were additional things on the menu I wanted to try. Read more

I’m so glad I found this place. My food club and I decided to try it, and we were not disappointed! Our server Amber was... fantastic; it was super busy for a Thursday night, so I think she got tied up some with the many tables, but overall I think shedid a great job. I also love the complimentary valet. For starters, we had crab cakes, coconut shrimp, ceviche, and shrimpcocktail. All of them were tasty, but my top two would have to be the crab cakes and coconut shrimp. I’m not sure what saucethey used, but it’s a solid paring. Also, I’m not sure what seasoning they put on the popcorn, but we ate all of it.???? They really knocked it out of the park with the entrees. We had the NOLA Bbq Shrimp and grits, which I loved. The gritswere thick and a little spicy, the portion was fair, and the bread wasn’t hard and overcooked. My second favorite would haveto be the Chilean Sea Bass. I love how it was crispy on top but very fresh in the center. Next is the Shellfish Yellow Curry. The portion is huge, and the flavor is all there! Really satisfied with this plate. The Ahi Tuna is also a good choice! Fordesserts, they brought The Big Chocolate Cake out with a candle for my birthday. I appreciate Amber for that giving no one toldher to, so it just shows she was really attentive. If you’re a dark chocolate fan, you will love it; I enjoyed the AppleCobbler the most. It was baked to perfection with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top. 10/10 would recommend this place. I’mlooking forward to coming back and trying any and everything. ???? Read more
